The title is completely irrelevent to the pixel, yet captures the character perfectly.

This is Skeeter
Personality wise, he may as well be a personified version of my own dog, but as a different breed. Golden retriever, to be exact.
That's what he is, a personified golden retriever
_{originally he was going to be a labradoodle but then he looked to much like a GR so I changed it last minute}
He has a habit of chewing on things he shouldn't, getting into places he shouldn't, running off, and is incredibly noisy. He absolutely loves making friends, though this is kind of hard considering how... touchy he is. He'll sniff your hair and jump on you and cling, which though he means well, can come off as rather creepy considering.. he's... well... personified.
